WDYT of Falconer Loch?

Falconer Loch is one of the most disliked boys names in my top 20, and I'm not sure why people dislike it so much. WDYT of it? If you don't like it, explaining why would be very helpful Thanks!

I don't despise it or anything. It's just not something that I would ever use. That is all. Sorry I couldn't be a bigger help.

You're welcome. Also, I think the nickname Falcon (you had listed that, right?) probably turned people off. I know I would be a lot more open to just the full name.

Ultimately, if you love it, use it.

For me, I have a friend whose last name is very similar to Falcon so I see that as more of a surname. I think it's just a bit out there so that's why some people may not like it. But I agree, if you love it, use it. Screw what other people think

I like it a lot personally, but I guess it's very out there for other people's taste. I know anyway that the obscure Irish names on my lists aren't liked as much as my more 'normal' names, but I love them so I don't give two hoots

I like Falconer - I really like really surnamey names! I quite like Loch too but I also know that outside of Scotland most people will mispronounce it. I find the combo a bit difficult to wrap my tongue round though even though both names are cool.

I think both names are really cool but I don't like the hard Cs in both names for a combo.
