Which name fits best in the sibset? Empty Which name fits best in the sibset?

Post by SakiHeart Sat Mar 23, 2013 6:02 pm

Right now my top 5 boys names are:

  • Danny James
  • Storm Alexander
  • Sky Leonardo
  • Hawthorn Kai
  • Falcon Nathaniel

Ignoring my naming style and your personal preference, which combo fits best with those names as a sibset: Jack Eldon [EHL-dǝn] or Iska Frey [IHS-kah]? I know the sibset is mismatched overall, just pick whichever is the best fit in your opinion Smile

Since your style is just whatever you like (which is awesome, btw) I'm going to pick the one I could see you using more which is Iska Frey.
I could see you using Eldon Jack more the Jack Eldon though. but even then, I'd still say Iska Frey for sure!

Haha, that sums up my style perfectly! It's just whatever I happen to like ^.^ I'm not super surprised I grew to love Jack since I looooooove James (which isn't my usual style either) - the two names are somewhat similar (particularly in quality). My story is totally to blame for me liking Iska Frey Razz That happens a lot actually ^.^ Hawthorn is also a name I love because of one of my characters.

I'm going to go with Jack Eldon because I don't like the fact that Iska and Sky both have the 'sk' sound in them. They seem too similar to me.

I definitely think Iska Frey fits in better! All of the other names are quite out-there (except Danny, but even then, you more commonly see Daniel), whereas Jack would seem quite plain in comparison. Iska is more unusual, so it works better with the other more unusual names.

I think Iska Frey works better with the other names, but I can see you using Jack Eldon/Eldon Jack more. I think Eldon Jack is slightly more "you" but yeah Smile

And using Jack wouldn't have anything to do with your love for Jack Frost, now would it? Razz

Just a little bit of a lot of a bit Wink The name Jack had already been growing on me, but I didn't really LOVE it until I saw Rise of the Guardians, so ya, pretty much ^.^
